The rider crosses the timing line and head to the inside of the first barrel, making a 270 degree turn. They then ride to the inside of the second barrel, making another 270 degree turn and then head to the third barrel at the top of the pattern. After turning the third barrel, riders head back to cross the timing line. The pattern can be run either to the left or right.
Five (5) seconds will be added to the rider's time for each barrel knocked over.
Failure to complete the pattern breaking the pattern, crossing back over the starting line before completing the pattern, dismounting, or if the horse or rider falls.
The rider is given a flag before the start of the race. The rider crosses the timing line and places the flag in the first bucket, passing on the outside of the barrel. The rider then races to the second bucket, removes the flag and runs back across the timing line, again, staying on the outside of the barrel.
None.
Failure to complete the pattern breaking the pattern, circling the barrels, touching the mount with the flag (i.e. using the flag as a crop), dropping or missing a flag, crossing back over the starting line before completing the pattern, dismounting, or if the horse or rider falls.
The rider crosses the timing line and head to the sixth pole, turning around it and weaving in and out of the poles back to the first pole. The rider turns around the first pole, weaves back up to the sixth pole and then runs straight back past the timing line. The pattern can be run in either direction.
Five (5) seconds will be added to the rider's time for each pole knocked over.
The rider crosses the timing line and pass on the right of the first barrel, turns around the far barrel, then turns left around the first barrel. The rider proceeds across the arena and turns right around the back side of the last barrel and runs back across the timing line.
The rider crosses the timing line, pass pole one and weave poles two and three. After passing pole three, the rider continues to the inside of the first barrel, turn it, continue straight to the second barrel. The rider turns around the second barrel, proceeds to the opposite side of the third pole and then weaves back until they cross the timing line. The pattern can be run in either direction.
Five (5) seconds will be added to the rider's time for each barrel or pole knocked over.

The rider crosses the timing line, runs up the middle of the poles, turns around the back of one side of the poles, weaving through them. When the rider reaches the last pole on the side, they cross the arena and weave up through the poles on the opposite side. The rider turns around the end pole and runs back down the center of the poles, back across the timing line. The pattern can be run from either direction.
The rider crosses the timing line, runs up through the slot, turns in the loop and runs out through the slot, back across the timing line.
Failure to complete the pattern breaking the pattern, any hoof of the mount stepping on or crossing over the slot or keyhole, crossing back over the starting line before completing the pattern, dismounting, or if the horse or rider falls.
The rider crosses the timing line, runs through the first set of poles, weaves up and back between the barrels and then passes through the other set of poles before running back across the timing line. The pattern may be run in either direction.

The rider turns the second barrel, runs straight across to the third barrel, turns it and runs diagonally across the arena to the last barrel. The rider turns the last barrel and then runs back across the timing line. The pattern may be run in either direction.
